Packing of shipment is from 1-3 days
Time Frames
Most packages will after packing will arrive from 1-7 days, as we cannot control what happens once with the transport company. Usually around 2-4 days as a general rule.
We check all products before they are shipped out to be in undamaged condition. If the package is damage it wasn't from us and you will have to contact the carrier.
We use mainly Australia Post and interparcel, which uses a variety of transport carriers. Sometimes we will use other carriers not mentioned here. You will be emailed once package is shipped.
Sizes Of Items Shipped
Currently up to 200cm long is the longest item shipped, with our current carriers. We will source other transport companies that can carry bigger freight, but incurs extra costs. Those costs will cost extra as it isn't covered under the Free Shipping . Free shipping is only if our current shippers can take it, if not extra costs will occur. You will be notified by us to let you know what the extra costs will be.
Cost of Shipping Can Vary According To Fuel Pricing
So due to wars and other variants with fuel, shipping prices can go up because of fuel prices. This is obviously out of our hands. This can also eliminate our free shipping rule or can change prices of items original price to help us cover shipping costs.
Product Availability and Shipping From Wholesalers
Some items may be available and then they are bought while trying to make up your mind. If this happens it generally takes 2-3weeks to get the item in store again. As we are shipping from overseas it is a general rule of thumb. With our wholesalers in Australia this can take 2-7 days again depending on when they pack it, then generally 1-3 days to arrive to us. Once again all these things are out of our Hands but we try our best to keep up with having stock up to date.
